An exceptional villa/palace that Layan Halwani designed with an artistic shadow of Moroccan and arabesque soulful influence merged with very contemporary spirit. Full of intricate details including the carved cedar wood dome, ceiling, and doors by authentic craftsmen in Morocco in addition to some ultra-chic sculpted lanterns and hand-sawn with a jeweler’s precision.

Layan Halwani created Ishraqah offices design to showcase their company’s sophisticated image and provide their team with unique and distinctive working spaces that encourage interaction, productivity and creativity. LHIA created this elaborate and elegant design making it a balanced, healthy, and uplifting working environment by using colour therapeutics, natural elements, modern furniture, and innovative materials. The flooring of this office was created as an abstract artwork combining different colours of marble or carpet traveling around the office from dark to light.
